How We Work

A mortgage is a loan secured against your home or property. Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
 
The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate commercial mortgages.

We offer a comprehensive range of mortgage products from across the market. We offer both first and second charge mortgages, but not deals that you can only obtain by going direct to a lender.

For those seeking to increase their existing borrowing, alternative finance options may be available and more appropriate for your needs. For example, a further advance from your existing lender or an unsecured loan (e.g. a personal loan). For those seeking a ‘Retirement Interest Only Mortgage’, a ‘Lifetime Mortgage’ may be available and more appropriate for your needs.

We will tell you right at the outset what we will charge for finding a suitable mortgage to suit your needs, circumstances, and preferences. So, there are no hidden costs.

What it costs

We treat each of our clients as an individual. We are all different so our first task is to find out everything we need to know about your particular circumstances. Then we look at a wide range of options and pick out those we think will suit you best.


We will help you choose by giving you all the facts, explaining the details in language which is easy to understand and guiding you towards the best choice.  


Once you have decided on your preferred mortgage solution we will process the application for you and deal with any queries which come up sothat you have nothing to worry about.


As an independent adviser we have access to a large number of mortgages. Finding a mortgage is not difficult. The hard part is finding the right one, and that is what we are good at.
